Dear students,
We hope your semester goes well. Reminder :
1) Exam -> Final video
Your video is primarily based on the workshops you attended for Module 1 and discussions you had with your classmates attending different ones. It can also include / connect with reflections on Module 2 (e-portfolio session) if relevant. You do not have to include Module 3 activity in this, so if you did not attend yet a corporate activity, no worries !
The 3-min format is free, so let yourself shine. Regarding our flexibility on lenght -> A matter of common sense, please align with the exercise's constraints i.e if it is 3'07 or 2'55, we consider you align with expectations vs. if you make a 7' mini-documentary or a full-lenght film instead, you clearly do not ! Would it be an assignment from your employer, you would not consider handling 70 pages instead of 40, or giving a 20' speech instead of a 5' one.
2) Module 3 - Corporate activities
A number of you experience issues with the Corporate activities on Jobteaser and have difficult time navigating the platform. We are aware of it.
- First of all : We know this can be stressful, but there is no reason to panic. You need to do the activity during the university year 2025-2026, so you do not need to achieve it before you handle your final video. Again, Module 3 is not part of the content of the video. At the end of the year, we will check on the students who did not achieve their Corporate activity and contact you to understand the situation. The point is not to apply a blind punishment to bother you: it is to target and punish no-shows to LSM's corporate partners' activities : a (too large !) minority of students do not respect their commitments and those are extremely detrimental to LSM's reputation, i.e to you as students and future alumni.
- Hugo Contor is your contact point for Job Teaser and the Career center. If you feel there is IT issue or so, please email him. Unfortunately the teaching team is enable to help you with those, as Module 3 is externalised to the Career center and our corporate partners through Jobteaser.
- We got confirmation from the Career center that there will be activities online and/or by evenings next semester, to accomodate with your constraints (e.g: internships). There will be also regular activities, you will find yours.
