The TEMLO project on Trustworthy & Efficient Machine Learning through Optimization offers several PhD positions this year, to start in September/October 2026.
TEMLO aims at enhancing the trustworthiness and efficiency of deep learning and dimensionality reduction techniques.
It will improve these machine learning methods through algorithmic advancements in their core optimization models and algorithms, by combining expertises from UCLouvain and UNamur.
For more details, including description of the PhD topics, please contact one of the PIs:
François Glineur, John Lee and Benoît Legat at UCLouvain
Cyril de Bodt and Benoît Frénay at UNamur
