As the groups were randomly assigned for the second workshop, I don't have contact details for the people in my group who recorded the video. How can I be sure that it has been posted correctly?

The post-workshop assignment is only the individual 1 page diary.
I think it is a shame that you did not connect with the members of your groups, maybe something to reflect about? That said, I do have most of the videos, the space was open to provide you a place to keep this material, as it may be useful as a resource for your final assignment.
