Could you remind me what we need to do for the diary of the first workshop? Thank you

Hi Paulus,

The diary is one page where you reflect on your experience and what you learned in the workshop you attended, i.e., an immediate reflection. The idea is to keep track of your reflection on your competency development. So the goal is not to describe the workshop, but rather to reflect on what it brings to you, or perhaps to identify competencies you are still lacking and wish to develop.

Try not to stay on a descriptive level (“I liked this,” “that happened”) or use vague phrasing. Instead, analyze and illustrate precisely. For example: this particular exercise made me realize why I did not voice my ethical concern in this situation; I was surprised by this; I felt a bit more prepared to do that—or not prepared at all.

When you prepare for your final assignment (the video), you will be able to build on these written diaries and go further. That is why it is useful to re-read the requirements for the 3-minute video that is your final step.
