    Before the session you must : 

    1. Watch the interactive video - take notes on the concept and theories and reflect on how it connects on your own experience (estimated time : 45 minutes)

    2. Post the two activities on Moodle : Activity 1 (find your dominant reaction to conflict) (estimated time 5 minutes) and Activity 2 (describe a conflict you have lived, estimated time 10 min max).
