Dear all,
First of all, the deadline for the latest individual assignment (W7 DevopsDream) has been postposed to Nov 2 23:59 but I encourage you to do it before like the 150 students who already posted it. W6 assignments are over and 96% of you did it, thanks for that (Late submission is still open but with penalty, so again DO NOT send us anything by email, it won't be considered).
As a reminder, (see previous message in your mailbox or here in moodle under News 2026) your group project presentation material has to be submitted by Oct 30, 23:59:
1) The Video for your project - one 15 minutes (at the very most, max 20 min) video clip per group including your odoo system demo- has to be uploaded ONLY in mp4 format (max 100 Mb) directly in https://app.comproved.com. You got an email notification from Comproved with a link but in any case you can login directly in https://app.comproved.com: just choose "Université catholique de Louvain" as institution/school and "Sign in with Microsoft" with your UCLouvain email and UCLouvain pwd.
2) In addition under Week 7, submit, in moodle, by 30/10, your presentation slides WITHOUT any video, sound, embedded animation in a PDF format.
As already said, the exam will be closed book and individual. It lasts 1h30. It consists of 30 MCQs and 1 fill-in-the-blank question (I gave you a big hint about that during one class) and counts for 33% of the final grade. There are no negative points. At the end of the exam, you must return everything: the MCQ grid, the fill-in-the blank question, the questionnaire as well as sign the attendance sheet. Smartphones, calculators, connected watches, written notes are prohibited from the start of the exam and will be otherwise considered as attempts at cheating if in your possession. Exam material concerns everything explained during the classes, but also individual assignments and project.
4) Groupwork self assessment with Dynamo in Moodle (to be done by 9/11) is activated under Week 7. Here each of you, individually, has to self-assess your group work and group members participation, responsibility, contribution and collaboration + optional comments (like a sprint retrospective in SCRUM).
5) The peer review activity in which you will have to assess and comment 2 pairs of group presentation videos (i.e. 4 videos) will take place from 31/10 to 6/11 so that each group will get feedbacks on its video presentation.
6) Final report is due by 12/11 on Moodle (already open under Week 8).
