Dear all,
Important: don’t submit anything by email. It won’t be accepted and will be discarded immediately due to storage, volumes, security issues …! Only use the indicated platforms.
First, as a reminder, the next class with J. Coenraets will take place this Tue 13/10 4:15 PM @ STUD 11. Final class on 15/10, MONT 10. Take advantage of it if you have questions on W6 homeworks on AWS and Zapier but I see that 70 students have already submitted well in advance so there should be no problem.
W5 homeworks on Gantt and Kanban are due by 13/10 23:58 as already discussed (50% of you already did it so far)
Some early questions already arouse wrt project presentation and report. Further info will follow in time but basically each group will have to deliver 2 complementary files by 30/10 for presentation:
- A 15 min video clip (capsule vidéo) in a mp4 format (max 100 mb) to be submitted on https://app.comproved.com/ (login selecting UCLouvain as "institution" and using your UCLouvain microsoft account), NOT moodle. You can already connect to comproved now to test and probably some of you already the platform. This video clip will have to include also a demo of your odoo system. The video clip should involve all the members of the group. You can use any tool you want to create it: powerpoint, screencast, camtasia, kazam, loom, obs, QuickTime, Teams, Zoom, or even canva, capcut, dreamina, seedance, nano banana, … but the final file should be/converted in mp4 format.
- a deck of slides in a pdf format supporting your video clip presentation but WITHOUT any media (video, audio, embedded animation) to be submitted ON moodle i.e. JUST the static slides
For each of the 2 files, only ONE submission per group is enough.
The video clips will be used for the peer review (from 31/10 to 6/11) each student will have, directly in comproved, to comment and classify (NOT mark since marking will be done by the teaching team) 2 pairs of videos (i.e. 4 videos) for Week 8.
The pdf report is due by 12/11 after getting the comments from students on your video
Regards,
M. Kolp
