Dear students,
Welcome to the start of the second semester! Now that you master the theory and are acquainted with your detectors, it is time for the real fun.
This semester, we will have a few occasions to see each other and exchange on some advanced aspects of this course:
- Thursday 22 & 29 February, 13u-16u: Lab presentations on your detectors
- Thursday 18 & 25 April, 13u-16u: Topical presentations in groups of 3
- Thursday 16 & 23 May, 13u-16u: Final lab presentations
For each of those sessions, there will always be participants in Louvain-La-Neuve and in Leuven, with a live feed between the two, and you are all expected to attend and ask questions to your peers. Your participation in those and your involvement is part of the evaluation!
Eduardo will furthermore organize a series of exercise sessions to get you working with the material.
Separate announcements will follow on each of those in due time.
