Dear Students,
The aim of this course is to help you to understand the business challenge of building and implementing an Ethics and Compliance programme in a company or organization, to discover practical tools to do it, and to learn how to use them.
We are excited to embark with you in this programme and we prepared for you a mix of lectures, discussions, coaching , guided sessions, space for debriefing and a team assignment to test what you learned..
With regard to the assignment, you will act during a few weeks as a team of consultants.
Your team is in charge to provide to your "employer" (your Professor and Teaching assistants) , with a desktop analysis and review of the Ethics and Compliance system, risk profile and programme of a specific target company or organization assigned to you, as well as your recomendations on the areas for improvement.
We will on a random basis assign you to a team (as it happens in real life) and we will ask you to meet and become rapidly a high performing team ready to accomplish your assignment in the next six weeks.
We will offer you during those six weeks, practical support, advice, tools, coaching and guidance, so you can hopefully learn a lot, be extremely succesfull and have an enjoyable six weeks experience with us.
