Institutional Law of the European Union

The course - Institutional Law of the EU - aims to introduce students to the institutional background and constitutional fundamentals of EU law. Besides the architecture of the European Union, the course will canvas the building of a European judicial system, deepen students' understanding of the relationship between EU law and the legal systems of the Member States of the European Union, and generally lay down the basics of the internal market.
