This seminar will look in details at the patterns of international trade of six large emerging economies. International trade is typically considered an important factor in the rise of these countries and it is instructive to conduct an in-depth analysis of their trade patterns. It will allow us to better understand the determinants of international trade as well as the risks and perspectives associated with it. You will have to prepare a detailed report on the international trade of one major emerging economy and communicate your results in a presentation at the end of the class.
