Mandatory workshop preparation:Before the workshop, you must:
1. Watch the interactive video above. Take notes and connect the theory to your own experience.2. Equipped with this knowledge, post the activity on Moodle at the latest two days before the workshop:Write down in your own words, drawing from your experience (in an internship, a student job, in an association, at the university...):1/ A feedback that helped you improve: the words, the setting, and two elements that made it useful in your opinion2/ A feedback that did not help you: what was said, how you felt, two reasons this did not work, and the trigger it set it off3/ A feedback you would like to give and have not given yet: in quotation marks, in three SBI sentences.Bring your texts to class; we will use them.-
