The course LLSMS2035 is devoted to the study and design of mechanisms to coordinate supply chains consisting of independent members.
The course is divided into two parts, each with its own literature:
Contractual coordination (Cachon and Larvière, 2004)
Sourcing (van Weele and articles)
The course is taught in a series of lectures and through three cases (two for submission and one interactive simulation of a negotiation).
The course is entirely in English.
The examination is 60% written exam (closed book) and 40% group assignments (C1 and C2)
